In this 4-day class, taught by Larry Moore, we will be exploring abstracts on a larger scale in the medium of your choosing. The emphasis is on the creative process, exploring new ways to develop a painting, create inventive compositions, and build an authentic voice in your work. You will be shown a simple system for developing your voice as an artist, the level of abstraction is up to you. Larry's goal is to help each artist find a way of expressing that works for them, whether they wish to interpret more, push their process, or go fully abstract. He's worked extensively in almost every medium, so all are welcome though Larry recommends acrylic for it's quick-drying time and easy, no mess transport after the class. This workshop is not suited for beginners, participants should be comfortable with a brush, paint handling and color mixing. We will be working in a range of sizes , going up to 40 x 40 inch work.
If you are looking to become a better version of yourself and discover the power of creative freedom, join us!
