Do you struggle to find order and focus in your plein air compositions? Does nature seem to offer too many options? Join us for springtime in Golden Isles and learn effective design principles that will transform your landscape paintings. Train your eyes to strategically select subject matter and intentionally place it on the canvas in a pleasing, dynamic way. Emphasis will be on cropping, editing, and managing visual ideas; as we practice oil painting skills in the plein air tradition. Sessions will meet in and around St. Simons Island and will include daily demos and soft critiques. Instruction will be in oils, and painting experience is recommended.
